Amelia Church
Amelia Church is a Lecturer in the Department of Childhood Studies at the University of Wales Swansea. She received her PhD from Monash University for a study of preference organisation in young children's arguments (see the Abstract). Her research interests include preschool peer interaction, developmental pragmatics and communicative competence, and sociology of childhood. Her current research focuses on young children's prosocial behaviour, including management of facework and politeness.
