Anna Filipi
Anna works as a Project Director/Research Fellow at the Australian Council for Educational Research. She is also an Honorary Research Associate at La Trobe University and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne. She has recently completed her PhD in which she investigated the organisation of pointing sequences in talk between toddlers aged 9 to 18 months and their parents. (See the Theses page on this site.)
Her other work involving CA has included an analysis of the interactions occurring in a final Italian oral state examination and a developmental account of early repair sequences. She is currently working on the analysis of talk involving spatial perspective-taking in a map task.
