Staff - John McMullan

John McMullan teaches a range of screen, photography and innovative new media units at Murdoch University. He has worked on over thirty film and video productions in the roles of cinematographer, editor, post production sound, technical supervisor, writer and director. A number of films he has worked on, The Best of Life and Flybreeder, have received awards in the WA Film Festival. His music videos for bands such as Jebediah, John Butler Trio and Rhibosome, have been screened on ABC TV and have received a number of state and federal awards and nominations.

In addition to his production work, John takes an active role in developing the undergraduate Screen Academy curriculum and technical innovations.
